We live in a connected world. We have little talking disks named Alexa or Siri, refrigerators that keep an inventory, doorbells that practically answer the door for you (I'd like it to be able to tell me it's a sales person), it's all connected. And if you don't have the more recent devices you still probably have the traditional computers, printers, and cell phones.

Much of our connectivity allows us a multitude of conveniences and in some cases, our safety depends on our connectivity.

Do you notice that if you are in the garage that you cannot connect to your WIFI or maybe it happens in your bedroom? What about that old printer that you used to be able to use over a WIFI connection and ever since you got a new modem from your provider you can no longer print wirelessly to the printer.

If you call your service provider they will take you through the usual turn off the modem, wait 30 seconds and turn it back on. Sending a signal to your "box", all the usual. Then they give up and tell you that they will have to schedule a technician that will come to your house in 3 days or 5 days or sometimes 2 weeks.

If you are that person waiting for someone to help you get connected then we are your solution. If we cannot help you there is only a $20 service fee for the trip.

Give us a call at 940-784-3349 and be sure to leave a message because just like you we also get junk phone calls so we rely on you leaving us a message so we can determine there is a real person calling.

Again, give us a call. 940-784-3349
